Erika Powers has spent more than 20 years in digital marketing, starting her career inside a Fortune 100 company where she learned how large organizations build and scale marketing infrastructure. She moved into agency work, led campaigns for clients across multiple industries, and eventually saw a pattern that she could not ignore.
Small and mid-sized businesses, the dental practices, law firms, restoration contractors, and service companies that form the backbone of local economies, were being underserved. Large agencies took their budgets, assigned them to junior staff, and delivered templated work. The results reflected it.
In 2014, Erika founded Brand Growth Studio to close that gap. The agency is built on a simple premise: local and professional service businesses deserve the same level of strategic thinking that enterprise brands get, without the overhead, the hand-offs, or the runaround.
